| This coming Tuesday we will gather as a sangha on the auspicious Lhabab Duchen, one of the most sacred days of the Buddhist year which commemorates Buddha Shakyamuni’s descent from the god realm after traveling there to liberate his mother from cyclic existence and benefit the gods. It is considered so auspicious and beneficial to practice on this day that any merit accumulated is said to multiply 10 million times.
So that we can accumulate great merit and make aspirations, Lamas will lead us in a series of practices and prayers from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. ET. All are warmly invited. You can join either in person at the temple or via Zoom or Facebook. |
